What this does to an AJIO label file

An AJIO label download mixes a 4x6 shipping label for each order, an A4 Reliance Retail invoice after each label, and a summary page at the end. Printed as it is, the invoices land on your label roll too. This tool takes out just the labels, keeps them at full 4x6 size, and gives you the invoices as a separate file.

AJIO prints the SKU and quantity along the bottom edge of the label, in small type. The tool reads that line from the label itself and prints it again in a bordered box in the free strip just above it, under the Consignor section, after checking that strip is empty on every label. Because it comes from the label, it always matches its order.

It also reads the courier from the Carrier box on each label and sorts by it. Every courier’s labels come out together, sorted by SKU inside each group, and there is a separate download for each courier so each pickup pile is ready and counted.

How to crop AJIO labels and sort them by courier

Four steps from the seller panel download to one pile per courier.

  1. Step 1: Download the labels PDF

    In the AJIO seller panel, download the labels for your ready-to-ship orders as one PDF.

  2. Step 2: Drop it into the tool

    Drag the PDF onto the tool. It lists every order with its SKU, quantity and courier, and counts the labels for each courier.

  3. Step 3: Choose sorting and layout

    Keep "By courier, then SKU", pick 4x6 thermal or 4 per A4, and choose whether to print the SKU, the product name or both.

  4. Step 4: Download and print

    Download all labels or one file per courier, plus the order summary and invoices. Print at 100% on 4 x 6 inch paper.

What is in an AJIO label file

An AJIO label download is one PDF with three kinds of page. Each order gets a 4x6 shipping label, then its A4 tax invoice from Reliance Retail. After the last order comes one more page: AJIO’s order summary for the batch.

The labels are already the right size for a thermal printer. The trouble is the pages in between. Print the file as it is and every invoice and the summary page end up squeezed onto your label roll. This tool takes out just the labels, keeps them at full size, and puts the invoices in a separate file.

Sorting by delivery partner

Every AJIO label names its courier in the Carrier box at the top right, for example SHADOWFAX. The tool reads that box and sorts the labels by courier first, then by SKU inside each courier’s group.

Under the order list you get one download per courier. Print one partner’s labels, pack that pile, set it aside, then do the next. When a rider arrives, their parcels are already together and you know exactly how many there should be.

The SKU, where a packer can see it

AJIO prints the SKU and quantity along the very bottom of the label, like CHAHAT-WHITE-XXL(1). It is useful, but it is small and right on the edge, where it is easy to miss or to cut off.

The tool reads that line from the label itself, so it always belongs to the right order, and prints it again in a bordered box in the free strip just above it, under the Consignor section. Before it does, it checks that strip on every label is actually empty, so the box never covers the address, the barcodes or the Consignor details. A label without that space gets the SKU in a strip below it instead.

How to use it

  1. Download the labels PDF for your ready-to-ship orders from the AJIO seller panel.
  2. Drop it onto the tool. You see each order with its SKU, quantity and courier, and a label count for every courier.
  3. Keep sorting on "By courier, then SKU", pick 4x6 or 4 per A4, and choose what to print.
  4. Download all labels or one file per courier, then the order summary as your pick list, and the invoices if they go in the boxes.

Your customers’ data stays with you

An AJIO label file carries your customers’ names and addresses. This tool never uploads it: the PDF is opened, sorted and written by your own browser. You can check by watching the Network tab in your browser’s developer tools while you run a file. Nothing is sent.

Printing tips

  • Set the paper size to 4 x 6 inches (100 x 150 mm) and print at 100% or Actual size.
  • AJIO labels are already 4x6, so nothing is shrunk or cropped off the label.
  • Print one courier’s file at a time and the piles stay separate from the printer onward.
  • No thermal printer? Choose 4 per A4 and cut along the dashed lines.

Frequently asked questions

Is the AJIO label cropper free?

Yes. No account, no file limit, no watermark on the labels.

Does it cut or shrink the AJIO label?

No. AJIO labels are already 4x6, so they print at full size. The tool only removes the invoices and the summary page from the print file, and adds the SKU box in the free strip above the SKU line.

Where does the courier come from?

From the Carrier box AJIO prints on every label, for example SHADOWFAX. If that box is ever unreadable, the tool falls back to the Carrier Name on the matching invoice.

Where does the SKU come from?

From the SKU line AJIO prints along the bottom of the label, in the form SKU(quantity). Because it is read from the label itself, it always matches that order. The product name, if you choose to print it, comes from the matching invoice.

Can I get one file per courier?

Yes. Under the order list there is a download button for each courier, so you can print one partner’s labels at a time and hand over each pile with the right count.

Is my file uploaded anywhere?

No. The PDF is opened and processed entirely inside your browser. Nothing is sent to a server, and the tool keeps working if you go offline after the page loads.
