The fastest way to reach us is email. There is no contact form on this site because there is no server behind it to receive one - the same architectural decision that keeps your PDFs on your own device.

A little detail makes a reply much more useful. Pick whichever fits and the link fills in a subject line for you.
A label is not cropping properly
Tell us the marketplace, roughly where the label sits on the page, and what the crop box does instead. Please do not attach a real label PDF - it contains a customer’s address. A description, or a screenshot with the personal details blacked out, is plenty.

If you sell somewhere we do not have a preset for, send the marketplace name and how its label PDF is laid out. Adding a preset is a small change and we do it on request.

Tell us your browser and device. Accessibility issues - keyboard traps, contrast problems, anything a screen reader announces badly - get priority, because they are defects rather than preferences.

Before you write
A few things are answered on the site already: how the privacy model works is covered in the privacy policy, who builds this and what is planned is on the about page, and print settings, barcode and file-size questions are answered in the FAQ on each tool page and in our seller guides.
Please do not send us label PDFs
A shipping label contains a real person’s name, phone number and home address. The whole point of this site is that we never receive that data. Describe the problem instead, or redact the personal details before sending a screenshot.
